Ordering & Sizing
How can I order a dress?
You can order directly from our website or through WhatsApp. For personal guidance, send us the dress name, your usual size and your event date. Our team will help confirm the best size and timeline before you purchase.
How do I choose the right size?
Each product page includes a size guide. If you are unsure, send your measurements to our team before ordering and we will guide you personally.
Do you offer made-to-measure or customization?
Yes, for selected designs. Depending on the dress, we may adjust the size, colour or minor design details while preserving the original couture look. Availability and pricing are confirmed before payment.
How early should I order?
We recommend ordering 6–8 weeks before your event. Made-to-measure and customized dresses usually require around 4–5 weeks for production and delivery, depending on the design, handwork and destination. Available pieces may be delivered sooner.
Payment & Delivery
Which payment methods do you accept?
Available secure payment methods are shown at checkout and may include cards, Whish Pay, Tabby and Tamara, depending on your location and eligibility.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We offer tracked, door-to-door worldwide delivery. Once your dress is ready, international delivery usually takes around 5–7 days. Customs procedures may affect the final delivery time.
How does delivery work in Lebanon?
Available showroom pieces may be delivered on the same day. Complimentary delivery is available across Lebanon, or you may collect your dress from our Byblos showroom.
Changes, Alterations & Returns
Can I change, cancel or return my order?
Because each couture order is confirmed especially for you, all sales are final once the order is confirmed and payment is completed. Changes, cancellations, returns and refunds cannot be accepted after confirmation. Please verify the design, colour, size and event date with our team before payment.
Are alterations included?
For Lebanon showroom orders, basic adjustments may be included when agreed at the time of purchase. Additional or post-delivery alterations are charged separately. For international clients, our team can provide remote fitting guidance and recommend a trusted couture tailor when available.
How should I care for my dress?
Follow the care instructions provided with your piece. Professional dry cleaning is recommended for most designs to protect the fabric, embroidery and handwork.
