How long does a showroom appointment last?
Private appointments usually last 45–60 minutes, allowing time for fittings, styling consultation, and alteration assessment.
How long before my event should I book my dress?
We recommend booking your appointment 6–8 weeks before your event to allow sufficient time for fittings and tailoring.
Orders & Alterations
Are alterations included?
Yes. Basic size adjustments are included to ensure the dress fits perfectly for your event. Additional custom alterations may be discussed during your appointment.
Do you offer made-to-measure dresses?
Yes. Selected La Maison Blanche designs are made-to-measure, allowing our atelier to adjust the dress to your measurements while preserving the integrity of the design.
Can I request customization?
Yes. Certain designs can be customized upon request, including color variations or minor design adjustments.
What if my dress doesn’t fit perfectly?
La Maison Blanche pieces are designed to offer an elegant and flattering fit. If minor adjustments are required, our atelier team will ensure the dress fits beautifully.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
Please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes before production or shipping begins.
If I cancel my order, can I get my deposit back?
Deposits are non-refundable. However, depending on availability, the deposit may be transferred toward another La Maison Blanche dress within the same season.

How long does production take for made-to-measure orders?
For newly tailored dresses, production and delivery usually take 2–4 weeks, depending on the selected design and the level of artwork involved.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?For Lebanon, if the dress is available in showroom inventory, same-day delivery may be arranged.
For international orders, delivery usually takes around 5 days on average, with a maximum timeline of 6–7 days, depending on the destination and customs procedures.
Do you ship internationally?
