Terms and Conditions
I – No Returns or Refunds
As per La Maison Blanche LLC, established under the laws of the United Arab Emirates and Lebanon, all sales are final. Once a dress is ordered—either online or through our showrooms— purchase details confirmed and the payment is done, no further changes, returns, or refunds can be processed.
II – Payment Terms and Delivery Date
Payment terms and the delivery date are confirmed at the time of order placement (average 4 - 5 weeks for a customized size/dress) between production and delivery. Any changes to the agreed delivery or event date, or cancellations, are not eligible for refund or modification.
III – Post-Delivery Changes
Any alterations requested after delivery will be at the client’s own expense. Should further adjustments be required, we would be happy to refer the client to one of our trusted couture tailors worldwide.
IV – Shipping & Force Majeure
Shipping includes air delivery, door-to-door courier service, and customs clearance.
All delivery costs are at the client’s expense for international orders. For Lebanon orders, dresses can be picked up from our Byblos showroom or delivered door-to-door — Free delivery all over Lebanon. Our team ensures all shipments are tracked and handled with care.
La Maison Blanche shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations, or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, war, government restrictions, or other "force majeure" events affecting the region.
V – Home Fitting Service | Couture, Delivered to Your Door
Introducing our exclusive home fitting experience — a service designed for your ultimate comfort and personalized treatment. Your ordered dress will be delivered directly to you, accompanied by one of our expert fashion consultants who will guide you through a private styling and fitting session. If any adjustments are needed, they will be noted on-site to ensure a flawless final result.
This Premium Experience Includes:
- Delivery of your ordered gown to you
- A private 45-minute fitting, styling session and guidance from our expert fashion consultant
- Direct coordination with our couture tailor for any needed alterations
